Camp Details


GENERAL INFORMATION

ACADEMY STAFF
University of South Alabama employs the highest level coaches. The academy staff will act as coaches, teachers, and chaperons for the academy week. The academy staff comes from all over the United States and includes former/current college players and coaches.

MEDICAL/TRAINING STAFF

All academy participants will have use of the trained sports medics on duty at USA. Information regarding medical and accident insurance will be provided to you at check-in or upon request.

FACILITIES

The USA Soccer Academy is held at the University of South Alabama’s soccer complex, The Cage. The complex includes three lighted soccer fields. Other facilities include an indoor gym large enough to accommodate indoor soccer, a game room, film room, bookstore, and outdoor pool.

AWARDS

Awards will be given to outstanding academy participants, based on evaluation of staff coaches, during a ceremony at the closing of the academy. All participants will receive an evaluation and academy t-shirt upon completion of the week.

MEALS

Lunch and dinner will be provided for commuter academy participants. Residential academy participants will receive breakfast, lunch, and dinner. Wee Kick Academy participants should bring their lunch. Academy participants should bring extra money for snacks.

REGISTRATION INFORMATION

HOW TO REGISTER
1. By Phone (251) 414-8252 460-6035 - Call the University of South Alabama Soccer office between the hours of 8:00 a.m.-5:00 p.m., Monday-Friday. Feel free to leave a message and we will return your call.
2. Online - You may register for camp online at www.jaguarsoccercamps.com
3. By Mail - Send your registration form and payment to:

4. Confirmation - A confirmation letter will be sent upon receipt of your academy registration.
5. Deposit - A non-refundable deposit of $50.00 is due upon receipt of application. The remaining balance is due by the first day of camp.

DISCOUNTS

*Only one discount may apply for each registration.
1. Early Registration - Register before May 1, 2011 and receive a $10.00 discount off the price of your selected academy. $5.00 discount for Wee Kick Academy.
2. Family - Register more than one member of your family and receive a $10.00 discount on each camper.
3. Team - Register a team of more than 10 participants and receive $10.00 per registration discount.

TO CANCEL

For a full refund, only written cancellations postmarked five days prior to the camp start date can be accepted. We cannot make refunds after that date. Registrants who do not attend the camp and who have not complied with this policy are responsible for the full registration fee. DEPOSIT IS NON-REFUNDABLE.

CHECK-IN

Check-in will be held at “The Cage” on the campus of the University of South Alabama weather permitting. The HPELS Building (Gym) will be the alternate registration site. In the case of inclement weather an alternate site will be posted at the field parking lot.

All camps are open to any and all applicants and are limited only by the number of slots available per camp and the age, grade level and/or gender of the participant.
